Packaging & Handling

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we recommend checking with your local postal service if an order is missing.
Returns & Exchanges
